BusinessBookGP Publishes 2026 F1 Team Principal Salaries.

BusinessBookGP has released the salaries of Formula 1 team principals for the 2026 season.

According to the report, the highest-paid team boss this year is Adrian Newey of the Aston Martin F1 Team.

His salary exceeds that of many drivers, reaching €37 million per year. Second in the rankings is Zak Brown, CEO of McLaren, who is responsible not only for the Formula 1 team but also for the IndyCar project.

Toto Wolff, Frédéric Vasseur and Mattia Binotto each earn around €8 million per year.

At the bottom of the list is Steve Nielsen, Managing Director of the Alpine F1 Team, with a salary of approximately €800,000.
